Before I started my consulting business, I worked at Apple Computer, helping to evaluate and improve key business processes in product development, manufacturing, distribution, finance and administration, and sales and marketing.

My education includes an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in journalism from Iowa State. I was also a national examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. As part of that work, I was a member of three site visit teams that evaluated national finalists for the award, which recognizes full-company performance excellence.
